Yay!! I'm so happy to be sharing my first Design Team Project for Scotties Crafts.
This particular colour pallet with all the greens is not one I would usually work with but I am always up for new things and in the end I was pretty pleased having achieved the "girly grunge"look I like.
I used the gorgeous Sunrise sunset - X Radiant Designer Paper and prepped my background with some sprays, Ranger Distress Paint - Peeled Paint and a stamp from Couture Creations Busy Background Collection.
As soon as I received my DT Kit and saw the Leather Swatch I knew I wanted to make some rolled roses and thought they would look great on my layout.
and now the real fun begins. I hate to waste anything, you can see I matted one of my pics with the packaging from the Prima Mini Sachet - Winter flowers.
I also used the Junkyard Findings and Bolts & Nuts and some May Arts Brown Net to embellish this layout.
So that's my Layout guys. Have Fun creating!!

DeleteThis is SO cool, loving the grungey, metallic feel. Great rolled leather (?) rose too. Your picture placement looks very designer. It's the grungeyness I really like! :)) btw, Kimi sent me here (special friend of mine). Look forward to seeing more from this DT...
